Digital Marketplace Specialist – Social Commerce

About the role

Join Crocs' Digital Commerce team in Singapore as a Digital Marketplace Specialist focused on Social Commerce. You will help grow the Social Commerce channel by launching campaigns, managing creator partnerships, and optimizing performance across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute social commerce campaigns that align with APAC objectives and Crocs brand standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with third‑party vendors and creator partners to maximize results.
• Supervise and analyse campaign performance, applying testing strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Produce clear reports that highlight findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Brand Marketing, Influencer, and Integrated Marketing—to ensure consistent consumer touchpoints.
• Stay up‑to‑date on social commerce platform trends, tools, and best practices.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and escalating risks when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands‑on experience in influencer, paid media, or social commerce campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of APAC digital consumer trends.
• Proven project‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, growth‑oriented approach.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work across functions.

Required skills

• Experience with social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Meta Shops and YouTube Shopping.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Omniture.
