Digital Program Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Digital Program Manager in Singapore, an onsite role based primarily in an HPE office. The position leads internal projects to meet scope, time, budget and quality expectations, manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts, and acts as a subject matter expert guiding functional project teams and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal projects, including large, complex or multi-region ones, with detailed design of sponsors' high-level concepts and high risk
• Manage project financials, meeting or exceeding approved budgets and providing reliable financial forecasts to management
• Manage upper-level stakeholder relationships
• Manage internal and external resources, typically a team of more than 20 people from multiple countries, and mentor team members
• Provide performance review input and development recommendations for team members
• Contribute to new ideas and methods, advise on process improvements and policies, and represent the organization to external customers and clients

Required profile

• First-level university degree
• 7+ years in project management roles or similar businesses
• In-depth understanding of key services' operational policies, processes and methodologies for project management
• Authority and contribution to the services project management profession community
