Digital Project Manager – Private Banking

About the role

Join HL Bank in Singapore as a Digital Project Manager focused on private banking and wealth management. You will drive digital innovation, enhance platform functionality and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering superior client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the digital wealth and private banking platform, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate with investment advisors, private bankers, product, operations and technology teams to continuously improve and diversify platform offerings.
• Partner with technology teams and strategic partners to implement next‑generation digital wealth solutions.
• Ensure the platform meets all regulatory requirements in key markets, especially Malaysia and Singapore.
• Engage senior leadership, external partners and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and communicate progress.
• Develop functional specifications, run digital workstreams and, when needed, manage a small team of testers.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 7‑9 years of experience in project management within wealth management, private banking or related financial services.
• Strong analytical and solution‑design capabilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage digital workstreams and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
