Digital Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Digital Specialist to lead Mondrian’s digital presence, boost brand visibility and turn online engagement into revenue for our flagship hotel in Singapore’s vibrant Duxton Hill neighbourhood.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage brand storytelling across website, social media, email and third‑party channels, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity and messaging.
• Lead content planning and execution on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, collaborating with creative teams, photographers and influencers.
• Plan, launch and optimise SEO, SEM, paid‑social and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Oversee website content, user experience and booking‑journey optimisation, implementing SEO best practices.
• Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, media and brand partners.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue and F&B teams to support promotions and align digital efforts with hotel activations and seasonal strategies.
