About the role
Ancileo is the technology backbone for travel insurance, operating a modern Digital TPA platform. The Digital TPA Claims Manager is responsible for the operational quality of the claims service, leading the claims team, acting as the primary client contact, and ensuring SLA compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day performance, capacity and development of the claims team, hiring and scaling as client volume grows.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly SLA reviews with each insurer client and maintain a regular reporting cadence.
- Tri‑age operational issues, prioritize engineering work, and communicate root‑cause analyses.
- Track per‑client SLA performance, detect pre‑breach alerts, benchmark across clients and drive continuous SLA improvement.
Required profile
- Demonstrated autonomy in setting operational rhythm and making independent decisions.
- Hands‑on experience building or automating tools (e.g., Zapier flows, Excel macros, automated reports).
- Strong drive to eliminate manual processes and propose efficiency improvements.
- Ability to work closely with engineering, claims staff and insurer contacts on a daily basis.
