Digitalization Specialist

About the role

kbr is looking for a Digitalization Specialist in Singapore to support the development of digital solutions for engineering use. The role focuses on building digital tools in the engineering phase, working closely with engineering disciplines and turning prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital solutions for engineering use, primarily on Microsoft Power Platform and Viktor Python Platform
• Identify digitalization opportunities from design workflows in the engineering phase
• Engage engineering disciplines to gain stakeholder buy-in and develop solution prototypes
• Conduct user acceptance testing and document and evaluate prototypes
• Refine successfully deployed prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions
• Assist in developing prompt-based solutions using CoPilot
• Evaluate cybersecurity aspects of the solutions during development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or any engineering discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation and data-driven problem solving
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work collaboratively in a project-based environment
• Good analytical, communication and documentation skills

Required skills

• Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts
