Director, Agent Suite Solutions Architect

About the role

Mastercard is building Agent Suite, a global platform for deploying agentic AI in enterprise payments operations. As a Director‑level Solutions Architect you will be the technical authority that translates Mastercard’s AI assets into production‑ready architectures for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and support deployment of agentic AI systems inside client environments, ensuring cloud, data‑platform and LLM agnosticism and regulatory compliance.
• Translate Mastercard’s technology platforms, payments intelligence, and advisory capabilities into architectures that client CTOs trust and CFOs can justify.
• Own end‑to‑end technical solutioning from discovery through proof‑of‑concept to production, partnering closely with the Technical Program Manager.
• Build robust, reusable patterns and share field insights to enable a global community of Agent Suite practitioners.

Required profile

• Director‑level experience as a forward‑deployed technical authority in AI or cloud‑native solutions.
• Proven ability to work as a player‑coach within a guild‑model team, contributing to collective intelligence.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑scale AI, compliance requirements, and payments industry dynamics.
