Director, Alliances Sales Operations (JAPAC)

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Director to lead its Field Alliances Operations for the JAPAC region. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore, you will partner with Alliances leadership to build and manage a high‑performing operations team that supports a rapidly expanding partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary business partner for the Theatre leader, providing strategic and tactical support.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a dedicated operations team to ensure day‑to‑day excellence.
• Lead territory planning, goal setting, and quota processes for the region.
• Design, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other Alliances Ops teams, IT, and capability groups to streamline processes.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, advising on process enhancements and future‑state recommendations.
• Establish best‑practice, scalable processes and data flows as the partnership model evolves.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading field operations or sales operations teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Effective communicator comfortable working with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
