Director APAC Supply Chain & Manufacturing

About the role

The Hershey Company is seeking a strategic leader to head its APAC Supply Chain and Manufacturing function. Reporting to senior business leadership, you will drive end‑to‑end supply chain excellence across Singapore and Johor, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC supply chain strategy aligned with global objectives, focusing on cost efficiency and margin expansion.
• Lead Integrated Business Management (IBM) processes, overseeing demand, supply, inventory, and material planning.
• Drive forecast improvement initiatives and embed commercial insights into planning and new‑product introductions.
• Standardize and simplify supply chain processes to boost efficiency and predictability.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring people safety, food safety, quality, production conformance, and financial performance.
• Design optimal distribution and transportation strategies to meet customer service targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain and manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and influence cross‑functional partners.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering cost‑performance and service excellence.
• Experience building capabilities, managing risk, and driving sustainable margin growth.
