Director, Corporate Functions FP&A

About the role

The Finance team at Resmed seeks a Director of Corporate Functions FP&A to partner with senior leaders across Global Technology Services, Cybersecurity and Corporate Functions. This role will translate financial insight into strategic decisions that support the company’s mission of helping people sleep, breathe and live better.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance, decision support and investment planning.
• Lead planning discipline and performance management for SG&A, headcount, technology investments and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, portfolio insights, resource prioritisation and benefits tracking.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
• Build FP&A capability by introducing structure, coaching and process improvements.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of finance experience with proven director‑level FP&A leadership.
• Experience in a large, complex or multinational organisation with mature FP&A practices.
• Track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions through financial insight.
• Deep expertise in SG&A, operating expense, headcount and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting technology, digital or transformation portfolios, including investment and capital planning.
• Experience with enterprise transformation, business cases, governance and performance tracking.
• Cybersecurity or other highly technical function experience is a plus.
