Director, Digital Commerce – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Director, Digital Commerce – SEA will lead Crocs’ end‑to‑end digital business across Southeast Asia, overseeing owned e‑commerce, marketplace partnerships and distributor‑led digital channels. This senior position carries full P&L responsibility and shapes growth strategies to boost revenue, brand presence and consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver digital commerce performance, including revenue growth, profitability and market share across direct and distributor markets.
• Develop and execute business strategies covering pricing, promotions, assortment, sales channels, digital marketing, customer experience and branding.
• Manage relationships with marketplaces and allocate resources to support business objectives.
• Oversee site operations, catalog/pricing and category management to ensure smooth, efficient growth.
• Integrate operating models with local, regional and global teams as well as external agencies and partners.
• Elevate crocs.com as a flagship brand platform with a focus on conversion, storytelling and consumer experience.
• Define holistic marketplace and e‑tail strategies, segmenting storefronts appropriately.
• Influence global, regional and local commercial strategies as a member of the leadership team.
• Build an inclusive, high‑performance digital team across multiple markets through mentoring, clear communication and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in digital commerce leadership.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and scaling digital businesses across Southeast Asia.
