Director, Events & Screenings - APAC

About the role

Netflix is looking for an experienced, creative leader to head its Events & Screenings team across the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the VP of Marketing APAC, you will set the vision for event strategy, ensuring the Netflix brand is brought to life through high‑impact experiences for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and scaling of events that drive conversation around Netflix titles, talent and brand.
• Maintain creative ambition, strategic focus and flawless delivery while right‑sizing resources.
• Drive consistency, quality and innovation across a diverse event calendar.
• Partner with Marketing, Awards, Communications, Content and other cross‑functional teams to align events with business objectives.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing team of 20+ event professionals across the region.
• Champion Netflix culture, nurture talent and promote bold, data‑driven thinking.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in events, experiential marketing or related fields.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale, creative events in complex, multicultural environments.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable impact and business outcomes.
