Director, Franchise Operations – aRTD (ASEAN)

About the role

The Director, Franchise Operations – aRTD (ASEAN) leads the alcohol ready‑to‑drink (aRTD) business across North and Central ASEAN markets. Reporting to the VP & General Manager, this role drives growth, aligns the franchise with Coca‑Cola’s vision, and acts as the local thought leader for the category.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure business results for the aRTD category in assigned markets, in partnership with bottling and distribution partners.
• Lead implementation of Coca‑Cola’s aRTD strategy, identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, supervise franchise activities, and map new growth opportunities.
• Forge strong relationships between the operating unit and external partners, guiding the transition to new operating models.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as share, transaction, revenue, and volume to meet business plan objectives.
• Coordinate communication flow among bottlers, distributors, and internal teams on priorities and market issues.
• Manage projects from concept to launch, including route‑to‑market execution and commercialization.
• Develop processes and systems that increase sales effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify market insights, risks, and opportunities to inform marketing, commercial strategy, and innovation.
• Lead the governance model between Coca‑Cola and bottlers and support franchise leads in resource prioritisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Proven track record of leading franchise operations and delivering growth in multi‑country markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
