Director, Logistics & Industrial Regional Leasing (APAC)

About the role

JLL is hiring a Director for its Industrial & Logistics (I&L) Regional Leasing Advisory platform, based in Singapore. The role serves multinational occupiers with leasing and location strategy needs across Asia Pacific, covering warehouse, distribution centre and last-mile assets. It combines client delivery, business development and platform growth, and works with local I&L leasing teams, Work Dynamics, Client Solutions, Transaction Management and global account leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 10+ multinational industrial/logistics clients and oversee 20+ active leasing transactions per year (renewals, relocations, build-to-suit, speculative leases)
• Lead local and cross-border pitch teams, and partner with leasing teams and CS/TM to deliver profitable regional mandates
• Solve complex technical, legal or operational issues in industrial lease structures (fit-out allowances, clear height, floor loading, ESG clauses)
• Enhance the platform: track KPIs, develop pitch templates and thought leadership, use MarketLink and other JLL tools, and share best practices across markets
• Business development: identify target multinational occupiers, pursue key accounts, lead regional RFPs, build relationships with global CRE leaders and supply chain executives, and represent JLL at industry events

Required profile

• 10+ years in commercial real estate, primarily in industrial and logistics leasing, tenant representation or occupier services
• Experience managing multi-market industrial portfolios for multinational clients across APAC (China, Japan, Korea, Australia, India, Southeast Asia)
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related field
• Fluent English; additional Asian languages highly advantageous
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of industrial lease structures and building specifications (clear height, column spacing, ESFR sprinklers, truck courts)
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including modelling occupancy costs
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive); familiarity with JLL platforms (MarketLink, iDesk) preferred
