Director, MTSC Transformation APAC

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Director, MTSC Transformation APAC in Singapore, reporting to the Project/Program Management group. The role leads enterprise-wide transformation execution around the Orthopedics separation in APAC, acting as the transformation integrator for APAC J&J MedTech. It covers cross-functional orchestration, governance, deployment prioritization and alignment of strategic supply chain initiatives, with a focus on legal entity and operations separation, network segmentation, asset disentanglement, system and data separation, and transitional service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional orchestration for separation readiness and stabilization, and ensure a timely handover to the new Orthopedics supply chain
• Manage dependencies across supply chain, logistics, ERP, planning, commercial and finance teams, and drive issue/risk escalation and mitigation
• Keep J&J MedTech Supply Chain efficient and effective while Orthopedics separates, and support post-separation stabilization
• Lead enterprise transformation governance, roadmap management and deployment sequencing across functions, regions and workstreams
• Run executive steering cadence and governance forums, prepare decision materials and secure justified investments
• Coordinate with the Orthopedic Separation Office, MTSC Transformation Office, MT Optimize, logistics operations, network strategy, ERP/digital teams, finance, commercial leadership, consultants and other regional and global partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering or Supply Chain; Master of Business Administration
• 10-15+ years of progressive supply chain, transformation, strategy or operational leadership experience
• Regional or global experience leading large, complex cross-functional transformation programs in matrixed global organizations
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and collaboration skills; comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities
• Preferred: MedTech, healthcare, pharma or regulated industry experience; exposure to business separations, M&A, supply chain strategy or ERP transformation; consulting plus industry transformation experience preferred
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or ADKAR certification desirable
