Director of Culture & Entertainment

About the role

The Singapore EDITION is seeking a visionary Director of Culture & Entertainment to lead all entertainment, events and exhibit initiatives across the resort property. This senior manager will shape the creative direction, drive revenue‑generating activations, and ensure flawless execution of guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend, coordinate, contract and produce all entertainment, events and exhibits for the property.
• Develop and communicate the department’s vision while overseeing operational, financial, promotional and communication aspects.
• Supervise daily activities of events, activations and entertainment staff, as well as consultants, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Manage budgets, monitor project schedules, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare financial analyses, including pro‑formas and ROI calculations for new and existing initiatives.
• Build and curate a guest database of influencers, KOLs, socialites and celebrities, and host regular engagements.
• Lead contract negotiations, design, fabrication, installation/dismantling, staffing and revenue reporting for all events.

Required profile

• 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field with at least 4 years relevant experience, OR a 2‑year graduate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with at least 2 years relevant experience.
