Director of Ecosystem Enablement

About the role

Liquid Group is seeking a Director of Ecosystem Enablement to lead partner onboarding, activation, and operational readiness across its QR‑based payment platforms. The role bridges product, technology, commercial and regional operations teams to ensure seamless participation of issuers, acquirers, merchants and other ecosystem partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive partner enablement and activation for wallet issuers, acquirers, merchants and other ecosystem participants.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities, including UAT, walkthroughs and business readiness for new products, feature roll‑outs and payment corridor expansions.
• Monitor ecosystem participation, transaction adoption and usage trends; identify under‑performing partners and lead recovery initiatives.
• Provide performance insights to ACT, product and senior management teams to support transaction conversion and growth.
• Act as the operational liaison between Product, Technology, Commercial and regional Operations to ensure releases are executable and supportable.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in payments or fintech ecosystems with a strong operational focus.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive partner activation at scale.
• Excellent analytical skills to track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Senior‑level leadership experience, preferably in a director or head role.
