Director of Pricing – APAC & Europe

About the role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Director of Pricing to shape pricing strategy across its APAC and European markets. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Pricing & Subscription, you will lead a team of analysts and work closely with product, data, marketing, logistics, commercial and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategy for 15+ markets covering Foodora, Foodpanda and Yemeksepeti brands.
• Drive innovative pricing initiatives, including AI‑enabled automation and experimentation tools.
• Identify, test and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while preserving a fair price perception.
• Build and align a pricing experimentation roadmap across cross‑functional teams and local markets.
• Guide product feature development to clearly communicate fees in the consumer app.
• Own target setting and P&L ownership for customer fee lines amounting to hundreds of millions of euros.
• Manage a team of approximately 10 pricing managers and analysts, ensuring strong alignment with global and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, top‑tier consultancy or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or a comparable quantitative discipline.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior leadership.
