Director of Sales – Hospitality

About the role

Destination Group, a leading hospitality company in Thailand, is looking for a commercially driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand market presence across its diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts and lifestyle properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with corporate revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
• Drive revenue across room sales, group business, events and ancillary streams.
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and event organizers.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
• Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows and networking events.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports, analysing trends and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hospitality sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network within the hospitality, corporate, MICE and travel sectors.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
