Director of Software Product

About the role

YYForce Inc is seeking a Director of Software Product to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its AI‑enabled workforce and facility‑management platforms. Based in Singapore, this full‑time, on‑site position will shape product vision, roadmap and delivery while collaborating closely with engineering, data, operations and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritise features, manage requirements and ensure timely releases.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and performance data to guide product decisions.
• Establish and optimise processes for product discovery, experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop product managers and other product professionals.
• Engage with key stakeholders and clients to ensure solutions leverage AI, automation and robotics effectively.

Required profile

• Strong product management experience covering strategy, roadmap planning and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and mentorship of product staff.
• Background in AI‑enabled or data‑driven products, preferably in workforce or facility‑management contexts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
