Director, Sales, SEA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our South East Asia sales teams at NiCE. The role focuses on driving revenue for advanced digital and AI solutions, including conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, and agent assistance, within the contact‑center‑as‑a‑service market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales territory plans to grow revenue for NiCE’s AI‑driven digital solutions.
• Lead a high‑performing sales organization to exceed targets and support CX account teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients in the digital solutions market.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape sales strategies and product development.
• Monitor and report sales performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage team composition, including recruitment and separation processes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of sales leadership experience in the digital solutions or contact‑center space.
• 8‑10 years of enterprise software sales experience in a similar market.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, hyper‑growth environment.
