Distribution Planning Lead

About the role

The Distribution Planning Lead will oversee daily distribution, sales, and inventory activities for the South Asia Pacific region, ensuring optimal use of Tiffany & Co.'s inventory across all retail locations. This role acts as the primary liaison between retail branches, sales teams, and merchandising to drive availability and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create stock targets based on inventory constraints, sales trends, merchandising initiatives, and regional needs.
• Monitor inventory levels in stores, identify rebalancing opportunities, and execute reallocations to support sales and inventory turn objectives.
• Support new store openings, product launches, promotions, and regional events through targeted inventory allocation.
• Consolidate sold and back orders across countries and coordinate with global markets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising on long‑tail assortment reviews, end‑of‑life optimization, and worldwide rebalancing.
• Utilize reporting tools to analyze sales and inventory, improve model accuracy, and drive decision‑making.
• Lead projects such as e‑commerce expansion, omni‑channel flow implementation, and POS tool changes.
• Communicate regional updates, business highlights, and inventory issues to internal partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in distribution or inventory planning within a retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with merchandising, logistics, and retail teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements.
