Document Controller cum Project Administrator

About the role

The Document Controller cum Project Administrator will manage all project documentation, ensure compliance with document control procedures, and provide administrative support to project teams throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close‑out phases of EPC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project document control system.
• Register, track and distribute all incoming and outgoing project correspondence.
• Maintain document registers and monitor review status.
• Follow up on overdue comments and ensure ISO 9001 document control compliance.
• Coordinate document submissions to clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparation of project reports and arranging transportation/accommodation for overseas assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in managing project documentation for EPC projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 document control procedures.
• Ability to support overseas projects and act as a central coordinator for documentation and communications.
