Document Controller cum Project Administrator

About the role

The Document Controller cum Project Administrator will manage all project documentation and provide administrative support throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close‑out phases of EPC projects. Based at our Jurong Island office, the role also supports overseas assignments and acts as the central hub for document flow and project communications.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project document control system, including registers and tracking of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Monitor document review status, follow up on overdue comments and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 document control procedures.
• Coordinate document submissions to clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to project teams, including preparation of project reports.
• Arrange transportation and accommodation for overseas assignments and handle other ad‑hoc admin tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in document control within EPC or construction projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 document control requirements.
• Ability to manage documentation across multiple project phases and locations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
