DTC Merch Lead, EAP

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a DTC Merchandising Manager for East Asia Pacific (EAP) based in Singapore. You will help set and execute merchandising strategy across North Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ, working with the Cluster Merchandising Lead to turn global category direction into regional, channel-specific plans. The role also covers regional assortment frameworks, Open-to-Buy optimisation and business analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Shape consumer-informed, channel-specific category strategy and future-season briefs with the Cluster Lead, and own segmentation definitions and in-season updates
• Define the regional DTC product framework and optimise seasonal Open-to-Buy and investment across gender and category
• Support geo merchandising teams, align franchise adoption and investment rankings, and maintain the cluster Outlet assortment menu
• Work with the EAP E-commerce Lead on the seasonal calendar and consolidate the product and delivery calendar
• Prepare inputs for global assortment and investment reviews, and deliver weekly, monthly and end-of-season performance readouts by channel and geo
• Evaluate sell-through, margin, inventory cover and other KPIs, and prepare cluster business reviews

Required profile

• At least 10 years in merchandising within consumer, fashion or retail, with strong DTC exposure
• Proven regional APAC experience across multiple markets
• Hands-on experience with OTB, inventory management and margin optimisation
• Ability to balance core, newness and brand-building investments
• Experience driving regional alignment across merchandising, planning and e-commerce teams

Required skills

• Data-driven trading and performance analysis (sell-through, margin, inventory KPIs)
• Strong stakeholder management across global, regional and local functions
• Good understanding of omni-channel and e-commerce merchandising
