About the role
Join a fast‑growing energy company and start your career on the front line of field operations. As part of the Early Careers programme you will rotate through roles such as Field Engineer, Field Specialist and Field Technical Analyst, gaining hands‑on experience at active well sites.
Key responsibilities
- Perform field operations, operate equipment and be accountable for wellsite performance after training.
- Manage field activities including engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting.
- Support engineers and specialists on‑site with risk analysis, data acquisition and crew coordination.
- Prepare wellsite reports, post‑job debriefings and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Assist in well construction processes, monitor well parameters and maintain sensor systems.
Required profile
- Minimum degree or relevant experience in a technical discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Quick learner with logical problem‑solving ability.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence of leadership or teamwork.
