Electrical Engineer – 5 days/week, up to $6,500 (Woodlands)

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Woodlands, Singapore. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9am‑6pm, offering a competitive salary of SGD 3,500‑6,500 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control systems for semiconductor equipment.
• Create power distribution layouts, control circuits, I/O, digital/analog signals, and interlocks.
• Integrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve issues such as noise, grounding, and signal‑integrity problems.
• Prepare electrical drawings, cable layouts, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional teams to support project execution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical system design.
• Experience with semiconductor or high‑precision automation equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Familiarity with Ethernet and RS232 communication protocols.
• Proficiency in Electrical CAD software.
• Understanding of electrical documentation, automation control standards (e.g., SEMI, CE) preferred.
• PCB design experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
