Electrical Engineer – Facility Management

About the role

ENGIE Services Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the technical team responsible for the operation and maintenance of its building estates across the island. You will ensure reliable electrical services, drive efficiency initiatives, and uphold the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of technical officers, supervisors, technicians and contractors in facility management.
• Plan, schedule and execute corrective and preventive maintenance programmes for electrical systems.
• Implement process improvements and energy‑conservation measures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide high‑quality service to meet client expectations and ensure safe, economic operations of all electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, vendors and contractors to meet engineering functional requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Perform any additional tasks as required by the Facilities Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building and M&E systems with hands‑on experience.
• Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro‑active, service‑oriented mindset with high initiative and integrity.
• Leadership qualities, good planning and organising abilities.
• Safety‑first attitude and good WSH behaviour; LEW qualification is a plus.
