Electrical Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Manager to join our Singapore team. You will lead multidisciplinary electrical design efforts on complex projects across commercial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional sectors, delivering sustainable, high‑performance building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex electrical building services projects from concept through detailed design and commissioning.
• Manage M&E teams, ensuring compliance, technical excellence and on‑time delivery.
• Produce design calculations, tender documents, proposals and technical reports.
• Coordinate quality assurance and commissioning with other disciplines and consultants.
• Control project planning, monitoring, progress tracking and cost reporting.
• Provide clear technical advice to clients, consultants and contractors.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to build capability across the M&E discipline.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognised by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an engineering consultancy delivering building services projects.
• Proven leadership in electrical design and coordination for healthcare, commercial, hospitality and education projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations and authority approval processes.
• Experience managing project programmes, resources and budgets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering design software.
• Experience using BIM platforms.
