Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead M&E projects within data centre environments. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects from planning through hand‑over while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of M&E projects in data centres.
• Monitor project progress, cost and schedule to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals and documentation to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, conduct technical reviews and propose value‑engineering solutions.
• Ensure all works comply with local building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Track project risks, provide updates and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, mentor and manage project teams and contractors to drive performance.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience managing data centre construction or M&E projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, cost control and scheduling in a construction setting.
• Good knowledge of Singapore building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Valid Electrician’s Licence issued by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) is an advantage.
