About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Strategist to join a fast‑growing integrated creative agency in Singapore. You will work across multiple client accounts, shaping brand experiences that span marketing, social content, UX/UI, and experiential activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop smart, creative strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and insights to inform campaigns.
• Collaborate with Account and Creative teams to bring strategies to life.
• Support new‑business pitches with fresh content and communication concepts.
• Design plans for social media, digital campaigns, branding and related initiatives.
• Use analytics and research to craft content that resonates with target audiences.
• Boost engagement across social channels and digital platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and accounts, balancing deadlines and priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of strategy experience in creative agencies.
• Proven ability to develop integrated marketing and digital strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and user behaviour.
• Experience analysing data to shape content and campaigns.
• Capability to create a consistent brand voice, tone and style.
• Confidence in leading strategy from concept through execution.
