Engineer – Equipment Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of our equipment across the region. The role involves responding quickly to operational needs, coordinating maintenance activities, and managing spare‑part inventories. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and other teams to keep our facilities running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to Operations and address equipment issues.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in scheduling contractors and coordinating regional equipment maintenance work.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment in the workshop, ensuring accurate stock movements.
• Perform ad‑hoc equipment‑related tasks and support other maintenance projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication abilities and a high learning aptitude.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and lead a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
