Engineering Trainee Technician – Aerospace (No Experience Required)

About the role

This 12‑month Engineering Trainee Technician programme is designed for individuals eager to start a career in the aviation industry without prior experience. You will receive structured classroom training and hands‑on on‑the‑job exposure to Rolls‑Royce Trent engine overhaul operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a three‑month classroom programme covering theoretical and practical modules.
• Complete a nine‑month on‑the‑job attachment working on Trent engines under experienced mentors.
• Assist in engine disassembly, inspection, repair, and testing activities.
• Follow safety and quality procedures in a climate‑controlled environment.
• Rotate between morning and afternoon shifts as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering (Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical, Precision Engineering, etc.).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• No prior work experience needed; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
