Enrollment Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Enrollment Sales & Marketing Executive will drive enrolments for coding programmes by engaging prospective parents, showcasing the centre’s offerings, and guiding them through the enrolment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell coding programmes to prospective parents.
• Conduct centre tours, consultations and programme presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries, convert leads into enrolments and maintain relationships with parents.
• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team to support campaigns and sustain a steady lead pipeline.
• Coordinate with teaching staff on student assessments and relay enrolment opportunities to parents.
• Maintain accurate lead, parent and enrolment data in the CRM system.
• Develop programme offers based on feedback, trends and market conditions.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback to management.
• Track sales activities, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and achieve monthly/annual enrolment targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales, business development or consultative customer‑facing experience.
• Experience in education, children’s enrichment, property, financial advisory or similar consumer‑facing sales environments is advantageous.
• Ability to engage customers, follow up leads and close sales opportunities.
• Willingness to work Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am – 8 pm.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
