Enterprise Account Manager – B2B Industrial & Printing

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will manage B2B solutions across printing, industrial, automation and IT services for a global multinational client. You will understand customer needs, present tailored value propositions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong account knowledge to identify customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive comprehensive account coverage through strategic planning and analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate and progress sales opportunities via face‑to‑face, telephone, written and social media engagements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals, cross‑selling and engaging C‑level executives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Automation or a related technical discipline.
• 1‑3 years of B2B sales experience in printing, automation, industrial, IoT or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
