Enterprise Internal Control Partner – Data Center (Singapore)

About the role

The Internal Control team at ByteDance safeguards the company’s global operations by designing and maintaining robust internal procedures. This position focuses on the Data Center business in Singapore, helping to identify risks, improve controls, and support the APAC market.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in company‑wide initiatives such as risk identification, risk analysis and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop analysis tools and templates to improve process efficiency, approvals and policy effectiveness.
• Provide research, analysis and insights for management reporting on effectiveness, efficiency and system feasibility.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to establish action plans that strengthen the control environment.
• Stay current with best practices and share knowledge with team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills for supporting the APAC market.
• High professional ethics, a dedicated work attitude, strong learning aptitude and a results‑oriented mindset.
