About the role

ActAI builds proactive applications for people who are not used to complex prompting, aiming to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organisation and workflows with minimal prompting. It is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives across hiring, market expansion, partnerships, operations and growth. The role suits highly capable generalists who enjoy solving problems, moving quickly and taking ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth and market expansion.
• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities and external partners.
• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
• Represent ActAI at events, communities and external engagements.
• Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives and take ownership of projects from concept through execution.

The interview process involves up to three interviews, which may be virtual or onsite, after applications are reviewed by leadership and hiring teams.
