Entry Compliance Officer – SGD 3,000–3,500 + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Entry Compliance Officer to join our corporate services team in Jurong East. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary package, bonus, and nominee director incentives, with a standard Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.
• Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due‑diligence reviews.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, report, and escalate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Law, Compliance or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of compliance experience, preferably in corporate services, professional services, financial services or a regulatory environment.
• Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML/CFT and corporate compliance obligations.
