About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in central Singapore. This is an entry‑level position with no prior experience required, offering a supportive environment where you can develop your talent‑acquisition skills while earning uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on various career portals.
• Screen and assess candidate applications.
• Create candidate profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct sales and business‑development calls to generate new client opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivation to achieve targets and grow within a sales‑driven environment.
