About the role
The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports the growth and testing of epitaxial wafers in a semiconductor fabrication environment. The role involves operating specialized equipment, following defined procedures, and ensuring consistent process performance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform epitaxy functions for the growth and testing of epi wafers.
- Operate reactors, supporting tools, and wafer testers.
- Calibrate and run process equipment in a fab setting.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work with clearly defined objectives.
