About the role
The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports the growth and testing of epitaxial wafers in a semiconductor fabrication environment. You will work with defined objectives, following standard procedures and tools to ensure high‑quality wafer production.
Key responsibilities
- Perform epitaxy functions for the growth and testing of epi wafers.
- Operate reactors, supporting tools, and wafer testers.
- Calibrate and run process equipment in a fab setting.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation.
Required profile
- Ability to work with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required skills
- Reactor operation
- Process equipment calibration
- Wafer testing equipment handling
