Epitaxy Fab Assistant

About the role

The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports the growth and testing of epitaxial wafers in a semiconductor fabrication environment. You will work with defined objectives, following standard procedures and tools to ensure high‑quality wafer production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform epitaxy functions for the growth and testing of epi wafers.
• Operate reactors, supporting tools, and wafer testers.
• Calibrate and run process equipment in a fab setting.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Ability to work with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
