About the role

The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports the growth and testing of epitaxial wafers in a semiconductor fabrication environment. The role involves operating specialized equipment and following defined procedures to ensure high‑quality wafer production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform epitaxy functions for the growth and testing of epi wafers.
• Operate reactors, supporting tools and testers.
• Calibrate and run process equipment within the fab.
• Work with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools.
