About the role
The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports the growth and testing of epitaxial wafers in a semiconductor fabrication environment. The role involves operating specialized equipment and following defined procedures to ensure high‑quality wafer production.
Key responsibilities
- Perform epitaxy functions for the growth and testing of epi wafers.
- Operate reactors, supporting tools and testers.
- Calibrate and run process equipment within the fab.
- Work with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools.
Required profile
- Ability to follow standard procedures and work with defined objectives.
Required skills
- Epitaxy equipment operation.
- Reactor and tester operation.
