About the role

The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports the semiconductor manufacturing line by executing epitaxial growth processes and ensuring the quality of produced wafers. Working in a clean‑room fab environment, the role requires precision and strict adherence to established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform epitaxy functions for the growth and testing of epitaxial wafers.
• Operate and monitor reactors, supporting tools and wafer testers in a fab setting.
• Calibrate and run process equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow clearly defined objectives and document process parameters.
