About the role
The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports the growth and testing of epitaxial wafers in a semiconductor fabrication environment. This role involves operating specialized reactors and related equipment to ensure consistent wafer production and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform epitaxy functions for the growth and testing of epi wafers.
- Operate reactors, supporting tools, and testers in a fab setting.
- Calibrate and operate process equipment according to standard procedures.
- Follow clearly defined objectives using established tools and documentation.
