Epitaxy Fab Assistant – Wafer Growth Operations

About the role

The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports semiconductor wafer production by operating epitaxial growth reactors and associated support equipment. This position ensures smooth wafer handling, tool changes, and cleaning activities while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload wafers into epitaxial reactors for growth cycles.
• Perform routine tool changeovers and cleaning of reactor chambers.
• Operate auxiliary support tools required for wafer processing.
• Handle chemicals used in epitaxy and testing processes safely.
• Participate in the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program by reporting issues, suggesting improvements, and assisting with simple maintenance tasks.
