Equipment Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Engineer to design and develop precision fixtures and mechatronic systems that meet high performance and manufacturability standards. You will translate system requirements into robust, scalable solutions and work on assembly, integration, and calibration to achieve strict accuracy and reliability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop precision fixtures and mechatronic systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
• Assemble, integrate, and calibrate systems to meet accuracy goals.
• Conduct testing, data analysis, and performance gap identification.
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis, driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on equipment or system engineering experience.
• Experience with precision mechanics, assembly, and calibration of complex systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., Siemens NX or similar).
• Programming knowledge: PLC, Python, LabVIEW, or embedded systems.
• Understanding of sensors, actuators, and basic electronics integration.
• Knowledge of automation, system integration, and engineering design principles.
