Equipment Specialist (Molding) - Open to Fresh Graduates

About the role

The Production & Assembly function manufactures, assembles and packages products. As an Equipment Specialist Molding, you will help keep production equipment running smoothly through programming, setup and monitoring, while complying with ResMed's quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements. The role is open to fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance and calibration: coordinate and/or perform breakdowns, preventative maintenance and calibration of production equipment
• Equipment setup: set up molding machines and tools to meet production requirements
• Troubleshooting and support: fix process or equipment issues and help the engineering team with validation activities
• Documentation: record all maintenance and calibration activities accurately
• Safety and compliance: follow maintenance procedures, GMP, 5S and health and safety policies
• Continuous improvement: adapt maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency
• Cross-functional support: help deliver, install and maintain new projects and equipment on time

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, able to read electromechanical drawings
• Proven experience in preventative maintenance
• Good verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, flexible to a varied schedule
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
