Event & Marketing Assistant – Travel Opportunities

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event & Marketing Assistant to join Mythic Vision’s roadshow team in Singapore. You will travel to various venues, help set up events, and interact with visitors, ensuring each event runs smoothly and according to a clear process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing roadshows and promotional events across Singapore.
• Welcome attendees, answer basic questions and guide them through the next steps of the campaign.
• Follow predefined event scripts and checklists to maintain a structured setup.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all materials and equipment are ready on time.
• Collect feedback and report event outcomes to the marketing manager.

Required profile

• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Responsible and able to work independently following clear instructions.
• Prefers organized environments over last‑minute chaos.
• Comfortable engaging with the public without hard‑selling pressure.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.
