Events & F&B Sales and Services Manager – Nanyang Executive Centre

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Events, F&B Sales and Services Manager to lead the planning and execution of events at the Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) on NTU’s main campus in Singapore. The role will oversee the full event lifecycle, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and drive revenue growth for the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end event process, from initial inquiry and booking through execution and post‑event evaluation.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure venue set‑up meets client specifications, and oversee logistics such as catering, equipment, staffing and transportation.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors, particularly F&B providers, while ensuring compliance with safety SOPs.
• Develop business plans, promote NEC spaces to external clients, and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Serve as primary liaison with university stakeholders and external clients to understand needs and foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field (diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar hospitality or events role.
• Proven experience managing outsourced F&B vendors and event operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
