Excavator Operator

About the role

Join NHL Holding’s construction team as an Excavator Operator, responsible for safely handling excavation equipment across various projects island‑wide in Singapore. You will work full‑time, ensuring material movement and site preparation are carried out efficiently and in line with project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely to excavate, load, and transport materials.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and site plans to execute excavation tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Coordinate with the construction crew to align excavation activities with overall project timelines.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating excavators in a construction environment.
• Valid BCA SECK certification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
